This is an easy-care home with energy savers built in. Kelly Road has few houses on it and really the only traffic is to those other few houses. Kelly is only approx. 34 mile long. There is a country feel but I am 5 minutes from WMart, 10 from Publx. It seems that Athens and Tanner are connected because restaurants, the library and other shopping are all in Athens. As for this house, the feel is spacious with the 15-foot great room ceiling. There are ceiling fans throughout also. I use one of the extra bedrooms as my office and sewing studio. That leaves me space for a guest room also. Sunrise and coffee are my favorites on the rear deck. That deck is in shade for evening bar- b- ques.
