This home has been our family home for 18 years and we have had so many memories growing up in this neighborhood. The neighbors on our street are amazing. This home has grown with us and many changes have been made. The kitchen has been completely gutted and remodeled with all new quartz countertops and cabinets and all new stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen was a room that was gutted and a second bathroom was added. These 2 rooms were both done in 2022. The basement was also dried in 2022 and can be finished for extra living space. We enclosed a covered carport off the side of the garage which is now a 12 x24 mancave which has a propane wall heater and a window air conditioner. All new metal roofs were added to the garage and storage shed behind the house. This home is in city limits but it feels like you are in the country. One of our favorite things to do was sitting outside in our backyard watching the sunset and the deer playing sitting out by the fire pit.
